The Ultimate Engineering series on The History Channel showcased modern engineering marvels, including Shanghai's magnetic levitation train, and the Ormen Lange pipeline carrying oil from extreme depths of the ocean off the coast of Norway.
  Tech Notes

Parallax Film contracted Rock Farm to provide technical illustrations and maps for 3 shows. Design, construction, lighting and rendering were all handled by Markus.

The world map was constructed from NGDC coastline data using custom MEL scripts. The aircraft carrier was a modification of a purchased model.

All production was in HD1080 format
